[Bug] 缺失JS文件 TypeError: $.cookie is not a function

网页界面出现请求文件失败：

GET http://127.0.0.1:5000/static/js/jquery.cookie.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (NOT FOUND)

播放界面无法播放，控制台出现：

Uncaught TypeError: $.cookie is not a function
    at playVideo (main.js:39)
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (9de449b344335e46a9fec26b37c0b4dd:90)

即 /static/js 目录下缺少 jquery.cookie.js 文件。

所处环境：源码安装依赖后运行 run.py

[Suggestion] 更多弹幕源支持

目前项目只有 Bilibili 作为弹幕源，来源有限，可否考虑添加更多弹幕源支持。
接口来源可参考项目 KikoPlay/Play/Danmu/Provider at master · Protostars/KikoPlay
其中个人感觉其中 dandan (弹弹play) 的弹幕源最为全面和丰富。
