Firebase Realtime Database setup

1. Get started with Firebase.
2. Create a new project and do the creation process.
3. Do the SDK Setup and Configuration.
4. Add the import function, firebase configuration and initializer to src/utl/firebase.js.
5. Create Realtime Database.
6. Create some data in the Data section and edit the Rules according to the needs.
