In some cases, it makes sense for the parameter to be an object rather than that object's ID.

eg.
get_artist_top_tracks() should take an Artist object
get_artist() should NOT take an Artist object

Some objects have an href property that is a link to the full version of the object. There should be something like get_full to retrieve this object.

No reason to have the type property that just restates the Python type it is already. It is currently implemented in many objects.

Track relinking is only implemented where it is forced too. It should be implemented everywhere necessary and have a way to auto detect the locale. More information at Track Relinking Guide.

For several methods, there is a limit of 50 or 100 items on Spotify's end. We can get around this from the user's perspective by running multiple calls with an increasing offset.

To make type checking and type hinting simpler, create a super class that simplified and full objects inherit from. The following models will need to be created:
