Create a hook for Player Board State

Data:

• Should include current phase (Add resource, build buildings, wait)
• Should include current state of all tiles
• Should include all player building options

Functions:

• Add resource to a tile
• Turn resources into a building

API:

• Submit changes
• Receive phases changes
• Receive receive updates

Initialize the react app in the repo

• App should run and have placeholder text

Display the available buildings a player can build with

• Displays a simplified example of their basic build pattern and their name
• Clickable to open a modal that displays more building details

Should display the state of the Tile

Props:
tile x,y

Use the Player board hook to get the state of the tile and the state of the board

Make clickable appropriately:

• empty: clickable during place resource
• resource: clickable during build building phase and while building building and to inspect
• building: clickable to inspect

On submission of move, use the hook.

A board container component

• Display all the tiles components on the board
• Display the current resource component in the top left
• Display the available buildings component along the top header
• Use Player Board Hook
• Display any necessary Modals

Install the Storybook package

• include an example story

Display the resource available to place

• Display the current resource available to place during the appropriate phase
• Display a countdown of the time remaining available to place the resource
