简单的模块加载器，支持配置本地localstorage缓存
本项目纯粹自己练习学习作品，部分规范参考CMD,部分接口参考seaJs，但实现思路是自己思考出来的. 功能包括以下几项： 模块依赖加载，分析依赖项参考了seaJs; 模块本地localstorage缓存， 有开关可以配置。
本模块加载器可以把模块全部合并提前加载，但需自行合并处理文件。 初衷是为移动端开发，所以不兼容ie系列
虽然本代码是练习学习的作品，但已经有两个线上的小项目在用,在以前的公司待着的时候用的，不过看了下微信服务号里已经没有这两个选项了，所以地址就不发了,说下名字吧。
