Add drag and drop support

I would love to just drag and drop an item from the explorer into the script editor to insert the code.

Make editor theme explorer a dock

Now that editor docks can be detached, it would be possible to make the theme explorer a dock. However, since only the side docs can be detached, this would require some rework of all interfaces to make them work nicely in a more vertical layout.

I'm not sure if it would be worth the effort to be honest, but at least on my small laptop screen it would improve my workflow a tiny bit to have it in-editor while still being able to detach it as it's own window. But it's really more a "nice to have" than anything important.
