This repository tracks my progress and work related to the dissertation for my Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering) degree at the National University of Singapore.
My research focuses on query optimizer for RDBMS (relational database management systems), specifically on outer join reorderability.
- Improving Join Reorderability with Compensation Operators (2018)
- Canonical abstraction for outerjoin optimization (2004)
- On the correct and complete enumeration of the core search space (2013)
- Volcano โ An Extensible and Parallel Query Evaluation System (1994)
- Apache Calcite: A foundational framework for optimized query processing over heterogeneous data sources (2018)
- How to Extend a Conventional Optimizer to Handle One- and Two-Sided Outerjoin (1992)
