Hi,
I'm using your SimplePA to play some short audio sounds. It works for sounds of 2 seconds or longer.
But, I want to use SimplePA to make a simple Metronome utility which makes very short clicks on a timer.

I have found that very short audio samples don't get played out.

Weirdly, if I play a period of silence then that sometimes kicks the sound system in to life, and after that the short clicks do come out OK.
I don't think this is a problem with SimplePA - I think it's a Pulseaudio problem.

Do you know anything about it?
