Installations-

Clone the repository and enter the following commands in the terminal-

cd summonAPI
npm install   (this will install the package.json in/as dir. node_modules)
bower install (this will install bower.json file in/as dir. public/lib)

summonapi's Issues

Need to have signup option.

Need to have signup option on login page also.
Here-

there is not much information for signup. If a user comes to login and if he do not have an account he should see create account option like we have in our login-dialog box.

correct the format of date under author name in info_card

Design and Develope add Post page.

In the public/views/add-post.html Design and Develope a form. It will the page from where the user will submit his post.

Remember user can post in two ways-

1. Sync the repo from GitHub.
2. Add post manually.

You must design the form keeping the above things in mind.

Fix double call at /home route

increase card width on mobile screen

currently media query has been used to alter the size of cards, but should be done using framework only (Angular material).

nested routing

there will be need for nested routing i.e. /home/*

on voting, vote_cnt return 0

when user click thumbs_up or thums_down button, vote changes (true or false) respectively, but vote_cnt not increasing. valve please fix.

Deployment on Heroku

Deploy the app on Heroku server. Use pipeline mechanism and create 2 server dev and production.

Trending data render

Currently, there is no trending data on home page. Design and build a catchy user interface and add respective functionality to it.
