《动手学深度学习》代码的 TorchSharp 改写

此仓库使用 TorchSharp 改写了《动手学深度学习》中的代码。
由于 TorchSharp 和《动手学深度学习》都还在不断更新中，且 C# 和 Python 在某些问题的处理上有一定差别，加之开源协议的问题，此处没有保留原书的内容，而是直接提供相关的代码。建议结合原书作为参考。
为方便起见，我们使用 Polyglot Notebooks 。它也以 .ipynb 作为文件后缀，但需要安装相应的包才能在 JupyterLab 等平台上运行。建议直接使用 Visual Studio Code 而非 JupyterLab ，配置起来可能更加容易。
