这个是自己写的，调用了baidu API ，后面有计划研究一下TTS和ASR
语音识别用的百度api，用户名和密码删了，加上自己的就能用
人脸跟踪用的dlib学习库 主要源码作者信息如下：
源码提供了识别方案，基于这个方案针对python对arduino舵机驱动与识别点位置判断进行了修正
为了一个期末作业，翻遍了github也没有找到合适的代码，自己找了个最接近的改了改，可能会方便后人用吧
就这样吧，只是一个期末作业罢了
