As it support legacy, did you try a not EFi image or squash image ?

I'm also using N100 (trigkey) : not working on 0.59.1-5.4 EFI (driver issues I would guess) but working on 0.60rc1-5.4 (no panic, boot properly and works well). You may want to use openmptcprouter-v0.60rc1-5.4-r0+16862-170d9e447d-x86-64-generic-squashfs-combined-efi.img.gz. There is one issue though : the VPN goes down upon external access of the NAS (Plex) and I face lots of issues when connecting remotely. Was not the case on an older NUC on 0.59 5.4. Came back to the older NUC due to this.

I tested again and actually confirm your results on N100 :
0.59.1-5.4 -> Not working
0.60rc1-5.4 -> Ethernet working & Booting -> but no external access (VPN going down upon attempt).
0.60rc1-6.1 -> Kernel Panic

Your bypass is working? I've restored from backup and nothing is working - maybe I'll have to change something in bypass file?

@vinc32 for OMR-ByPass, test snapshot first (there is some fixes) and if not working, open a new issue.

For the 0.60rc1-6.1, did you try both ext4 and squashfs images ?
I'm not able to reproduce the issue on an enabled UEFI VM.
Can you give me the result of dmesg on a booting 0.60rc1 ?
