I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
Metric are set in /etc/config/openmptcprouter by /etc/init.d/mptcp. omr-bypass only use them.

You right. I made a clean build, clean install of the new firmware and made a config from a scratch up. In this case the issue deos not exist. Probably I faced with this issue because I upgraded my system with a new firmware keeping config files.
