openithm's Issues

Assembly Manual

Is there any finished product photos or assembly manual to help in the process of assembly? I have all the required hardware printed out, but am hesitate to put them together.

Thanks
John

LED strip's color doesn't change

I have the controller finished but it seems that the LED strip's color doesn't change after its self calibration.

The situation is:
Pluged into usb → flashes 3 times in yellow → flashed between red and purple → green → white, after that the LED strip's color never changes anymore, even while playing chunithm with the controller (it works fine).

Any suggestions to what may have go wrong?

Assembly of the 3D printed Touch sensitive assembly.

I understand there is acrylic but I’m not understanding the layering of copper and acrylic and led space. Is there an assembled 3D printed version to see? I was trying to see it on the YouTube videos but couldn’t see much

Air Sensors

Anybody else have issues getting the air sensors to work. Everything else works fine but the air sensors, which spit out "." constantly, and no other output listed (keys don't interfere). Not sure if i messed something up with "FastLED" or if I wired something incorrectly based on @pikapikahikaru's guide, considering they listed the wiring of the photoresistors opposite to the silkscreen of the pcb.

If anybody could point me in the right direction to tackling this issue, it would be much appreciated.

Sensor layout not accurate

The real chunithm sensor has 16x2 layout which this project is lacking. AFAIK some WE charts (could be in other difficulty as well, not entirely sure) in vanilla chunithm rely on this to work so these will be unplayable on current OpeNITHM.

Teency LC Breakout Board

Im having an issue with this whole Breakout Board thing. Is there somewhere to buy this from?

Thanks for the help in advance.
