Display a message when the current screen size is smaller than the minimum app screen size.

Cluster Health is misleading

Currently the cluster health is based on errors while fetching cluster info. This can also be due to internet issues.

Couldn't connect to the k8s cluster

I'm running lazykubernetes as:
KUBECONFIG=PATH_TO_MY_KUBECONFIG lazykubernetes and getting: 2020/09/15 11:55:01 Couldn't connect to the k8s cluster

Can you please guide me on how to setup authentication?
Host: Linux fmagalhaes-1 4.17.0-3-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.17.17-1 (2018-08-18) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Reduce the number of api calls made to the kubeserver

There are two ways to solve for this.

1. Use the watch endpoints intelligently and refresh the resources.
2. Use the k8s go-client cache package.
