some interesting sounds in stage 10

If I return a missile from a security jet with the homerun bat and the jet is destroyed, it says target destroyed and it also plays a sound like a door is opened.

Magical ball major bug

It is possible to obtain the magical ball as early as you may like, through the following method. I did not discover this, I'm just posting so it can be fixed.
Enter the normal stage 20-3.
Plant a C4 where you normally would to start the cave dog battle.
Enter the sub menu, navigate to the exit stage button, hold T while pressing enter.
Detonate the C4.
If it worked, the cutscene will play and the level will exit right after, and the magical ball will be in your inventory.

Missing translations

At 1-1:
When you did not take the bunch of keys
When you did not have keys and the second door did not open.

lemonbread does not update movement speed

When using lemonbread, HP and stamina are both restored as they should be, however if your stamina was low before, your movement speed does not return to normal until a weapon that consumes stamina is used. This seems to only be a problem with the lemonbread, if using other stamina items including royal jelly, this issue does not exist.

Translation bugs

Hey nyanchan. I have been meaning to post and say that some of the statuses of the enemies aren't translated. Like security jets and lord dragons in flight aren't translated. Also I think that the return needle from needle launcher 10 isn't either. And when you hit something with a magical piece it says the damage but not by magical piece it just says something like this. 8000000 damage to Soldier by ????????. I know this stuff's being worked on, just posting to let you know about stuff that I've noticed.

Security jet missiles in 10-4 do not play sounds properly

I am unsure what causes this, however in 10-4, the missiles of the 2 security jets do not pan properly when approaching you. The sound will only update if you jump or take a step, however still will not actually pan, just stay in the same location. But this does not happen anywhere else in the game.

BK3 Does Not Support Braille Natively With NVDA

I'm not sure about other screen readers such as PC Talker or Jaws, but the game can only output speech when using NVDA. A couple friends of mine use the Tolk library, and all they had to do was set their game to use Tolk Output instead of Tolk Speech or something like that. Since BK3 does not use Tolk, I'm not sure what to suggest.

Game receives input even when in background

Hello,
Try entering a stage, preferably stage 15 or 16, then switch away from game window with windows key so the game doesn't pause.
Then try pressing t or o outside of game window and those keys will still perform.

Weapon based bugs and omega shooter idea

Collecting enough mini shooters takes a long time, so here is an idea to make it somewhat easier.
Add a new item to a shop, or allow it to be crafted.
Every time an enemy dies that has a chance to drop something, if the player has one of these items, the item is used up to insure the enemy drops it's item.
This item works by transforming the bio energy of the item into a real world object, etc.
Price should be 100 I think, if you're serious about getting a shooter you'll have looooooooots of gold.
High jump shoes should have a little more of a stamina multiplier. Keep in mind, that because they make you jump higher, the attacks are slower, because it takes a bit longer to fall back down.
Can you add a super wind cutter?
Plasma machine gun has a wrong vertical range, it says 3 but it's really 0.
Super yoyo's level multiplier is 8 instead of 4.
Some kinds of mines, normal and large, still do enormous damage. Bye bye bio control system!
The acrobat and super acrobat pistol probably shouldn't defense piercing, you can do very high damage with it.
The super acrobat pistol says it holds 16 bullets per round, but really It just holds 12.

セーブデータのバックアップができない

 Ver.1.91.1でステージのリセット内容を保存するようになった影響かと思いますが、セーブデータのサイズが大幅に増えており、それによりセーブデータのバックアップ時に「セーブデータのサイズが異常です」というエラーが出て、セーブデータのバックアップができなくなっています。
 また、今回気づいたのですが、バックアップ時になんらかのエラーが起きたときに、メッセージをEnterキーで進めても、進行中を示すサウンドが止まらないようです。
 可能でしたら修正いただけると幸いです。

Aero gear related

So when I'm using the aero gear and I kill something while running into it, most of the time I won't pick up the gold the enemy drops. I think this is because the player's going too fast or something, may I suggest making it so that the item master can pick things up when you are in multiple tiles of range? I think that'd help.

Untranslated messages

念力 is not translated.
needle launcher 8's needles are not translated.
Place a red ball, inspect it with d. It's not translated.
Violet fruits are written in plural
23 bonus shop has untranslated spirit blade
Item warehouse browsing sometimes generates untranslated messages
Pressing enter on the 1.1 striped box shows untranslated message.
Also I've just found that when you complete all the difficulty modes, When you then change to a different mode a list is presented that isn't translated apart from a message wich says. Don't change. The rest of the list isn't translated
pressing enter on recover ring shows untranslated message.
pressing w in batting shows untranslated message.

Translation failures in 16-4

Version:1.90.9
Sometimes, the game seems to fail switching translation dictionary in 16-4, resulting in the ending messages being untranslated. I haven't figured out what triggers the issue; I never encountered it myself. Still seeking for the definite condition of reproduction.

strategy items bug

Hello there. I am writing to submit an issue with strategy items. If you hit x to go into the strategy items menu, then wait for like a minute, and try to take something like a speed drink, the speed drink will deactivate right away. I've created a recording to reproduce this strangeness. I had to zip the mp3 because apparently github doesn't support the mp3 file type for attaching, sorry about that.

Some Doors are Destructable

I'm not sure if this was intentional, but if your stats are high enough, it's easy to destroy certain doors with the Aero Gear or Spirit Sword. If it's not intentional, a potential solution would be to make HP a floating-point value and set it to infinity for doors. If it was intentional, that's a very clever move to keep people from getting too carried away with their weapons. 👍 :-)

Instructions required when using a gun for the first time

Version: 1.90.9
Currently, the game explains nothing about the keystroke for loading guns unlike bk2 had a gun handling tutorial act. Since it's impossible to insert a stage, what I'm going to do is making so that the game pops up a message about reloading guns when players first selected a gun from the weapons or carried weapons list.

reflector missile doesn't disappear?

In stage 13.2, once the security jet is destroyed, if there is a reflecter missile stil in the playing field, the level doesn't end unless a normal missile is launched to be reflected.

Carla can be removed from stages before clearing

This seems to be an issue in the latest version still, I heard from somebody else and saw on their save for at the very least stage 11, but could not test myself.
Also, for some reason the dialogue choices is not translated in those levels.

Failing loading game in 1.91.2

Probably the game is crashing when attempting to load a saved game which was last saved by 1.90.0 and older versions. I still cannot debug it due to time limitations, but will work on that ASAP.

Possible data conversion skipping with anti slot conflict trick

The data conversion process introduced in 1.91.1 might not take place if you changed the file name of the save data and the auto fixing worked. When this happens, the game logs the last saved version to 1.91.x(newer than 2) and the required conversion will never be performed, resulting in some data loss of full clear records.

Missiles on stage 22/3

When dying on stage 22/3, missiles start to come from the wrong direction when replaying the level, thus causing to lose health. The only way to fix is to exit the game and launch it again. To reproduce, go through the first door after getting the puzzle Pease and actually die.

Jump Shoes are Usable in 24-1

The challenge of 24-1 is to find a way to destroy the cases without using weapons or strategy items. However, if you equip the jump shoes or high jump shoes, you can cheat the level easily. This is a loophole I happily take full advantage of, but I imagine it was an oversight on your part that you would want to know about.

Missing translation

When it asks you if you want Carla to participate in the battle, stages 11, 12, 15, and 16, both the question and the yes/no answers are not translated.

Ability to Add Multiple Translation Dictionaries

I'm not sure if I ever suggested this before, but I couldn't find it in the list of issues. It would be pretty cool if you added multi-translation support so that people can have multiple languages installed for the game. As an example, let's say someone speaks English, Spanish, and Japanese. They would want to switch between those languages without replacing the dictionary files every time, so this feature would be useful for them.
