vertx-demo's Issues

Routes depend on order of open api path definitions in YAML file

Version

  • vert.x core: 3.7.1
  • vert.x web: 3.7.1

Context

I encountered an exception when use vertx-web-api-contract to implement a http server.
I have defined some apis by open api yaml. The following two route paths will be parsed in error:

  1. /{num}: num is a integer path parameter
  2. /hello : there's no any path parameter

They are all mounted to /api subpath. when I access http://localhost:8080/api/hello, the route looks always matched to the 1st path and throws exception for bad request.

Only when I reorder above two route path definitions in YAML file, put /hello before /{num}, the router works fine.

Do you have a reproducer?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Define APIs in OpenApi YAML
  2. Create http server
  3. Access your url
  4. Check the response

Extra

There's still in error when I use router.get('/api/:num').handler(...) and router.get('/api/hello').handler(...).

So this is my mistakes.
