Create OVPN files with embedded certificates

First, this is a great utility! But it does need one big enhancement:

Each OPVN file should have all of the certificates embedded in it, instead of referenced as separate external files. My iOS OVPN files don't like the externally referenced CA files.

Use sha256 when signing certificates

3.4.0 version of openvpn in ios is complaining that ca signature hash algorithm is insecure to use a more secure, can this tools be update to use sha256 or something stronger instead of sha1 or whatever it's using to generate hash?
