Potential to change license
Hey, this is some decade old homebrew but I was wondering if it were possible to add a license into it. It would make others much more comfortable to edit it and fix it up for DSi compatibility.

I tried various times to run the converter, from various paths, but I get no .neo files, even if I see some file gets opened.
Why?
Where can I find the .bat shown in some youtube guides?
