ValueError: incomplete format about cloops2

Could you please just use cLoops2 pre with the parameter of -c to select one auto chromosome to test the data? Sometimes the problem are caused by the chromosome of chr1_alt_xxxx or similar data.

mb=K652_HiTrac_unique.bedpe.gz
tc=k562_hitrac
cLoops2 pre -f $mb -o $tc -c $chrs
