Add CLI function that handles everything:

• Run trading when the market is open
• Idle and wait when the market is closed
• Train when the market is closed and the last trained model is outdated
• Verify model converges and replace old model with new one

Implement discord notifications

• When the trading day ends
  • What is the portfolio value and overall profit/loss
  • What is today's profit/loss (absolute and relative)
  • What model was used today (the date the last training occurred)
  • Chart of overall/day performance against benchmark

One file that is able to run any user-facing function from the command line
