This warning should be avoided to occur.

For I/O that has a communication peer like socket, the peer's information will be reflected in the tag of I/O operation log.

Arguments forwarding syntax may be replaced by the anytick define method rule that is compatible with Ruby 2.6 and 2.7.

Umask(2) will be set to 0037 by default.
Prevent group (g) from writing log files.
Prevent others (o) from reading log files.

Change from next version 0.2.0 to semantic versioning.
