How can I get the pretrain model?
Dear Author,
Your work is excellent, but I'm wondering how do you generate the pre-trained data like 'data/DRKG/TransE_l2_DRKG_0/DRKG_TransE_l2_entity_300.npy' . Could you provide the code which generates those data, and where is 'data/DRKG/gin_supervised_masking_embedding.npy'?

您好,您的工作给我带来了很大的启发,非常感谢,在你的代码中使用DrugBank做多分类的话,您给出的kg2id.txt和drkg.tsv是未处理好的非int类型数据,train.tsv应该是您已经转化好的可以直接使用的吧?
