Xyris Build Container

This container includes all of the tools necessary to build the Xyris kernel, documentation, and boot image. Occasionally updated to include new tools or update current tools to the latest version.

It is highly recommended that scuba is installed when using this container.

PanixBuild 3.2.0: Add Qemu (X11 Forwarding) & Graphviz (for Doxygen)

Packages to Add:

• qemu-arch-extra
• graphviz

Compiler Updates:

• None

Additional Changes:

• Add environment variable for X11 forwarding to localhost

Add `x86_64-elf` toolchain

Add Doxygen To Container

That or we should switch to Sphinx, but we already have Doxygen support setup, so we might as well stick with that.

`xorriso` Missing from Packages

which: no xorriso in (/opt/cross/bin:/opt/cross/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin)

Move Package Installation to End of Dockerfile

By delaying package installation until the last layer, we should be able to add and remove packages without rebuilding GCC & binutils each time.
