implement polyphonic synthesis

implement polyphonic synthesis of the same oscillator type using a vec of notes passed to the play_oscillator() function

Create polyphonic oscillators and extract play_oscillator tuples

Extract the tuples used on the play_oscillator lines and implement polyphonic synthesis

Extract note array and oscillator type generation to external rust files

Both generation of the note array and the generation of wavetables and oscillator templates are currently within main.rs, this needs to be extracted to a seperate file in order to improve readability of code.

implement UI

create a basic ui where the following can be entered:

• oscillator type
• note played
• note duration
• filter type
• filter cutoff frequency

and a button can be pressed to play said note

implement high pass filter and filter and frequency selection

• implement a high pass filter
• allow filter type and cutoff frequency to be controlled via the play_oscillator method

implement low pass filter

implement a low pass filter with a static cutoff frequency.

fix output delay

There is a delay when _stream and stream_handle are dropped at the end of play_oscillator(), this must be fixed.
