Hi! i'm using with profit this keyboard layout, but i've noticed a strange behaviour, having the caps lock active makes the special chars like this one _ (shift + -), basically everything who requires the shift just not works.

Is it something have you noticed too ?

the ctrl-key does not work in emacs, therefore many shortcuts are not working

Context

I am switching back and forth between two types of keyboard and while the ANSI version is perfect, here's what I have on the ISO one:

Since ISO keyboard has an extra key, the backtick/tilde key got moved between left_shift and z. This is fine in itself but this leaves the under esc key empty which is annoying.

Proposal

Here's my idea, we duplicate backtick/tilde in order to have the same behavior for both type of keyboard:

That way, the ANSI version is not affected and we are more consistent between layouts. What do you think? I have a branch in my fork if you are interested in looking at it before I send a PR.
