Rewrite this so it uses packets / action messages instead of regular expressions on incoming text.

Currently FarmBuddy is only usable on characters called Xurion, due to the initial concept of the addon.

This should be changed to use the windower.ffxi.get_player() function and dynamically get the current character name.

Due to parties and trusts, it should be further expanded to detect kills from these players and NPCs.

Copied farmbuddy.lua in addon folder farmbuddy, //lua l farmbuddy and it loaded.
