Prompt to ask whether images are to be downloaded or not at activity launch

Clear all filters option

Either the cross button should also clear all the filters or there should be another nice method of doing so (think!).

If downloading all images in background then display a notification with progress bar.

Copy all email-ids should not copy email ids which are not available

This is a blocking task, i.e. it prevents release since it impacts the useability to a large degree. This should be fixed for all keyboards. Currently this doesn't work with any keyboard on the phone we're testing it with.

Use a single method to handle all types of switcher views for performing similar tasks.

Correct sorting of all the filters

Year filter should show in reverse chronological order ie. First Y17->Y16->Y15 ...
Departments should be arranged alphabetically. Same with Programme.

Not only should the dialog disappear but also the background service should stop.

All adapters should be together. View classes should be placed in a different directory eg recycler view is present along with adapters.

App downloads data ONLY if connected to network other than IITK network.

Just the opposite of what we want. The app is able to download the database if it is connected to JIO 4G but unable to download if connected to IITK wifi (forticlient).

Some departments are shown as short forms and some in long forms. Popular Btech Mtech departments should be shown as short forms and never-heard-of depts as full name.
