Things like indices to search, etc.

This command should create an impact.json file in the current directory which can then be used to keep track of dependencies.

This should be a JSON file, but one that has a struct definition in the Go code.

currently the search is case-sensitive in the go-implementation. The Python one works case-insensitive.

(g)impact should be able to pull down the development version of a library.

Ideas:

• have a switch -s, --source that will clone/checkout the origin of the library instead of a zip-ball
• we probably need a new field source_uri which points to the svn/git(/hg?) source
• should checkout/clone without having to rely on installed svn/git (even if that perhaps doesn't make sense but at least gimpact does its job)
