- 新增订单根据客户单位查询是否存在已签约合同
- 若存在签约合同，查询已选购产品在合同中是否存在折扣价，若存在则打折
- 选购产品时，查询客户单位下是否存在折扣价，存在则显示折扣价，并根据折扣价计算
