Raspberry pi setup issue

at the end of the setup i get an error
sudo: /usr/local/nginx/sbin/nginx: command not found
nginx does not copy to /usr/local

Setup does not work with OpenSSL 1.1.0f

Latest RPi standard installation on a RPi3 will fail during execution unfortunately.
