Directory structure

The directory structure is organized as below:

|-- top
    | -- release_a (ex, 1.0.0)
    | -- release_b (ex, 1.7.3)
         | == lib
              | == firmware

Whenever there's a new release, a new release directory is created with directories for available platforms.

Executable permissions on firmware files

Hi,

In recent releases, the firmware files have executable permissions. I believe these aren't needed and they cause unwarranted warnings when packaging them for Ubuntu, would you mind committing them without executable permission so that the next release / tag tarball has no executable.
