Norbu Stress Control is an anti-stress app that teaches users to manage stress and emotions on the physical level through means of meditation, breathing, games, etc. The app profits from paid subscriptions, bought by users. There are three types of subscriptions: monthly, yearly and life time. In addition, if users complete a training for 5 consecutive days, that training will be free forever.

Project Goals

Based on data analysis, provide recommendations to increase retention rate / conversion rate, find out the optimal subscription price, check for if there are any target audiences being ignored. Data available: 2 months of user activity logs (60 days), user ltv, devices, traffic sources.
