email notifications to the administrator and to the users that run the quiz

Hello,
great plugin and it works perfectly in the questions / answers / statistics.

But I have a problem on e-mail notifications:

• The administrator is not getting email for registered users running the quiz
• Users don't receive e-mail with the score after completing the quiz

The registration is required to run the quiz.

How can I fix the problem?

Shortcodes do not work in AJAX

Not sure why, but the shortcodes to display your quizzes do not output when put through the do_shortcode() function within an AJAX request. The only thing output is a string of the Shortcode itself. Native Wordpress shortcodes and shortcodes from many other plugins work fine, but not the quiz shortcodes.

Can't edit question

When I edit a question, I am unable to save the correct answer selection.
I select correct answer, then when I hit save question, the correct answer check box gets cleared.
Now whenever I edit a question, the correct answer checkbox gets cleared.

Any ideas why??

i'm starting to experiment with wp-pro-quiz, it seems a very fine piece! thanks. before actually using it on the site i have 2 questions:

1. the e-mail function seems not to send (this is also an earlier issue i noticed)
2. how can I only show the points scored in the Results page, and not show the results (the %)
3. in this case it is a self assessment MC where all possible answers are correct and have different scores/value, so I would like to show the total points and not the percentage ..

Add a new action when a quiz is deleted

As a follow-on from #12 and the associated pull request ( #13 ), it'd be great to have an action when a new quiz is deleted. A pull request is inbound :)

custom field for email notification

Hi There, loving the quiz plugin.

It doesn't seem to let me use a custom filed for the "To:" field on either the user / admin email notification settings.

Basically at the end of the quiz, I ask the quiz taker to add their administrators email, and I use that custom field in the "To:" field for the admin notification settings. However, this does not work. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or if this is a limitation of the plugin. thanks!

Custom eMail field fails on mobile devices

Hi,
I've tested this with Firefox mobile on Android 5.1.1 and a few other devices.

When entering an email, it says that a correct email must be entered, this issue doesn't exist when using the Firefox desktop client.

Statistics have stopped

My statistics stopped being compiled for both of my quizzes in August - I just took the quiz to test it and the stats didn't reflect this.

Any ideas? I used the repair database option, but didn't seem to fix the problem

Wp-Pro-Quiz don't work with WP WPLMS

Hello! The new version 0.37 is not working in units of WPLMS learning management system. I inserted the code [WpProQuiz 1]. The "Start" button appears, but the quiz doesn't open . AutoPlay don't work. I think, that there is a conflict between the scripts оf the plugin and WPLMS. Previous versions worked well. Please help to solve the problem.

Can't add any questions!

I can't add questions. I have the same problem another poster had. But the only solution on her thread was that there is some tiny gray button at the top. Nope. No tiny add button on my screen. Not at the top. Not anywhere. I tried everything. With all the installs of this plugin, I can't possibly be the only person who encountered this problem.

One issue with sending an e-mail notification:
If I use HTML format, line breaks will be lost. The text in the email is shown as one long line.

Negative score - wrong answers

Hi, I would like to create a test that scores with a negative score when the answer fails. (Different scores, but also negatives scores).

Correct answer: + 1
Incorrect answers: - 1/3 or - 0.33

Example: For 3 answers, if 2 are correct and 1 incorrect, the result is 1.66.

Admin Notification email not sending

Hi. Everything on this plugin has been great except I can't get the admin notification emails to show up. I received confirmation that I have taken the quiz but no admin notification that the quiz has been taken.
I have tried many different combination of emails, etc. but they never arrive. Any ideas?

compatibility with All In One WP Security

Hello,

The plugin All In One WP Security & Firewall (which counts more than 200,000 installs) defines a security rule as follows in the .htaccess file:

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^.*(globals|encode|localhost|loopback).* [NC,OR]

which causes the Global Settings page at the address http://server/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpProQuiz_globalSettings to be inaccessible with an Access Denied message.

The globals string matches the wpProQuiz_globalSettings string.

Is it possible to rename global settings page in order not to match globals?

ERROR can´t edit questions/ changes do not work

When I edit a question, I am unable to save the correct answer selection.

Front Page : two checkboxes were aktivated and now there are hundrets.
Questions : Multiple coice. The check is lost. After edit and save. -> the check is lost again.

User Email Notification Settings

Under User email settings, if I enable both "User email-address" and "Custom fields" (for the purpose of sending to an address that the user inputs at the end of the quiz) It only ends up sending to the "User email-address" however if I ONLY check "Custom field" (for the eventual email) it sends to that custom field.

order of questions changes

i have a single, 10 question quiz running in Check -> continue mode and sometimes, when editing the questions, the order of the questions changes

this has been a problem since the first release i've installed (about a year ago perhaps)

i have never found a way to reproduce the problem - it seems to just occur at random

re-ordering the questions and saving the new order works until the questions are edited again

How can I customise quiz results?

I want to customise quiz results to display certain results based on the score. So for example, if the user gets between 0-20% their result is x; 20-40% their result is y; etc.

Add action when a new quiz is created

Hi,

We're in the process of making a new teaching and learning system and we're heavily integrating WP Pro Quiz into the mix. First, thank you so, so much for creating and maintaining this wonderful plugin. It's an absolute gem and we know that it's going to help our teachers do what they do best - teach our students. I'd love to have a separate discussion about how we can work together to make WP Pro Quiz even better from a teaching and learning perspective (and, separately, about how to generate more income for you), but, I'm hoping to create a series of issues and associated pull requests over the coming weeks. Some will be small - like this one - which add actions and filters in places enabling other plugins and themes to hook in and perform tasks when certain things happen within WP Pro Quiz.

In this case, when a new Quiz is created from the dashboard. At the moment, there's no easy way to hook in when a new quiz is added and have access to the details of the new quiz. It'd be great if that was possible.

There will be a pull request coming shortly to address this - simply adding a hook (and the docs).

Although I'm seeing the email in my mail log, it never seems to actually send. My other plugins that use email, however are sending fine. Is wp-pro-quiz compatable with the latest version?

Multiple attempts on quizzes are not storing in the database

I have just noticed that when taking a quiz/test a second time it doesn't store any information in the database what so ever.

This issue needs to be resolved before I can continue with the current development project.

Help! Can't Add Questions!

I installed Wp-Pro-Quiz to a wordpress site.

I created and saved a new quiz.

I went hovered over the Quiz and clicked on "Questions" so that I could add questions.

The next screen it pulled up is shown below - there is no button to "add questions."

Can someone please explain how to add questions to my quiz? Thank you!!

Only showing 1 result on the leaderboard

My quiz has several results I can see in the admin. But only showing 1 result on the leaderboard. The highest score. How do i show all results?

Please, please, remove !important css style declarations.

It seems that you use !important on almost all of your css declarations, which makes this a gigantic chore for those who don't want to use the default style.

Please consider removing this.

Can't add answer for multiple choice question

I select an answer as correct when creating a question, but when I hit save the check mark disappears.
It will not save with any answers and then the question will be correct even if no answers are selected.

Statistics per question

Hi, guys,

First I want to congratulate you on the good work! Your WP Quiz is really Pro!

I want to ask you if there is a possibility to retrieve statistics per question - as for how many people from all have answered a), how many have answered b) and so on... This can be shown, for example, in a table after each question. Imagine the following:

1. Question BlaBlaBla?
   a) bla
   b) blabla
   c) blablabla

The user answers c) and it is not correct.

After the question (or at the very end when reviewing all questions) can we see:

1. Question BlaBlaBla?
   a) bla - correct - 80% of takers got that
   b) blabla - 15% of takers got that
   c) blablabla - your answer (incorrect) - 5% of takers got that

Can that be achieved somehow?

Email field doesn't allow capital letters... losing users

can you allow the capital letters in the email field for the user who has filled up the quiz ?
Some of my users tell me they "can't send" the quiz, which leads to bad conversion.

START QUIZ - doesn't work

When I add shortcode to a page, the start page is displayed but the start quiz button does not respond.

I am using 4.6 1 and version .37 of WP-Pro-Quiz.

I recently moved to a new template that using multiple content sections, if that matters.
