Error with multiple reactions

in a discord message if the message gets to the desired stars number but if there is any other reactions it bugs out and does not put it to the starboard channel.

Very barebones README.md

The README.md is currently very barebones and not too useful other than the small description it contains.
At the time of this issue the website for the bot was down so I wanted some more information about it and came here.

It would be nice to have a more descriptive README.md with helpful links and info as a backup or standalone to the website.
