Retrofit是很多android开发者都在使用的Http请求库！他负责网络请求接口的封装,底层实现是OkHttp,它的一个特点是包含了特别多注解，通过动态代理的方式使得开发者在使用访问网络的时候更加方便简单高效。

4.1 构建retrofit是需要CompletableCallAdapterFactory实例，否则无法处理返回为Call的服务接口
