Updated Norwegian language, based on rev 1038

The BBC offer HD streams on the HD channel of iPlayer, currently these do
not work in Onlinevideos (after adding
http://feeds.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/bbc_hd/list to the config).

It would be fantastic if we could get these best quality iPlayer streams
into MediaPortal.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. find video with more parts (e.g. 
http://www.markiza.sk/xml/video/parts.rss?ID_entity=49072&page=VlZHrpbT)
2. start download in OnlineVideos (build your own site based on GenericSiteUtil)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: All video parts have to be downloaded.
Current: Only first part is downloaded.

Most of the strings are hardcoded into skin, these should be localized, so
each user may use their own language.

(I could provide a danish one)

It would be great to be able to seek forward and backward while playing videos.

In configuration, it would be nice if there was a way to quickly disable
sites by language.

There should be some kind of the dynamic checkbox list with languages:

[x] English
[ ] German
[ ] Russian
[ ] ...
[x] (no language)

On change, sites would be disabled/enabled.

1. Open YouTube, search
2. Escape from search results, do another search
3. Search string is not restored (it's set to "On" in Configuration)

I presumed logs are not relevant in this case (error.log has nothing, 
MediaPortal.log either. But if you need, I can attach them.

As a side note, after this is fixed, I would much more like to see full search 
history per site. But I can open another request for that later ;)

When doing an iTunes movie search, the movie has no Directors when entering 
details view.

This seems to only happen when executing a search.

Stop key already stops buffering. Would be nice if escape (back key) would
also do it.

Also, there is a notification when the buffering is stopped by user. I
think this notification should be only shown when timeout is reached and
not when user stops the buffering.

I made some improvements to the siteutil OrfUtil for parsing the orf tvthek 
(tvthek.orf.at).

Up until now, if you chose a category (e.g. ZiB 13), all ZiB shows (ZiB 9, ZiB 
20, etc.) where shown instead of only ZiB 13 shows. Also broadcasts from 
previous days are only shown by their name without the date. 

This patch will filter out other shows and only list episodes of the selected 
broadcast. Also the date for broadcasts from previous days will be shown. For 
example, if one selects "ZiB Flash", it will list the items as "name, date":
- ZIB Flash, 16:15 Uhr, Freitag, 01. Oktober 2010
- ZIB Flash, 17:50 Uhr, Freitag, 01. Oktober 2010
- ZIB Flash, 21:35 Uhr, Freitag, 01. Oktober 2010

There is also a check in place when the name of a broadcast get cropped (e.g. 
"Frisch gekocht mit Andi und..." instead of "Frisch gekocht mit Andi und Alex").

Seems like the plot text needs a bit cleaning..

Some sites have option for page size. Since this is most likely skin
related setting (page size should be the same with possible facade items
count when there is no scrolling), it would be nice if that is no longer
site option but global option or even better the skin option, for example
<define> in myonlinevideos.xml..

When you enter plugin the updater apears. Menu label, info and menulabel on 
main screen misses localization :)

As we talk about in the "TVE Bugs" thread, it would be wonderful if you 
could add more spanish tv channels (like TVE) using the code of the XBMC 
plugin called tvalacarta. Here you have the link to the their google code

Do you think that it is possible to add this channels in a near future? How 
complex it is to adapt the python code to the code you are using in Online

There is a autoplay feature for highest quality, but would be nice if there was 
one for preferred quality. If the preferred one does not exist then show menu 
as per normal.

When i try to open the one of the Collegehumor site categories it returns an 
"No video found" error.
Using Mediaportal 1.2 with OnlineVideos 0.26.

This will only work if user and password isset in Configuration
Goto Youtube
Choose Favorites from Sidebar
Choose Related Videos from Menu option
If you try to add any of the Related Videos it will not work properly.

All version are affected.

Update to date with r418

An update for eng r493.

I'm not sure whether this is localized or not. At first run onlinevideos
checks for updates. All the text present on that popup is that localized?
I'm pretty sure that i didn't translate that text? :unsure:

I also found out, that if a website offers more then one version of the
video (more grades of quality), it's not possible to choose in which
quality you want to see the video. (or I'm doing something wrong)

I specified the m0 and m1, but how would it be possible to select one of those?

Also, before november 2008 (see category list), the website does not offer
the higher quality movie. Would be nice that one the first one isn't
available, it will try the next one.

The addition of BBC iPlayer is fantastic.

Currently the streams selected are not the best quality, sometimes they
play within a black border.

Where an episode is not available in a HD Stream (3200kbps, 1280x720) from
the BBC HD channel, the best available stream, on the iPlayer website, is
832x468 @ 1500kbps.

On the iPlayer website if the net connection cannot stream the 1500kbps
stream there is an option to use a 640x360 @ 796kbps stream. It would be
fantastic if, like the Youtube site, we could choose the quality we would
like for playback.

I think it's just how the URL is parsed..

1. Find video to download 
2. Select download option from the menu -  Now says Download Started
3. File shows in Downloading header while download is active
4. Once complete the file is of course removed but does not show under the site 
heading when trying to view the downloaded video.

Have the downloaded file display under Downloaded Videos\SiteName.   However in 
investigating the download folder I found the file downloaded successfully but 
has no extension.

In iTunes trailers, i would like facade 51 items to be paired with movie
cover image or maybe even better "defaultVideo.png" (exists in every skin)..

Is it possible in updater screen to have date format in regional settings
format instead of default mm/dd/yyyy hh:nn?

This can perhaps be applied to other dates in the plugin (I just checked
the iTunes trailer date and that one seems fine (in my case it was
dd.mm.yyyy, which is correct for my regional settings) but there might be
other dates).

I was struggling around with the GenericSite thing, works pretty well, but
I wanted to add another category, which does not appear in the list at the
source website. I found that that's not possible.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to install OnlineVideos0.23.0.0.mpe1 via MPInstaller
2. Also trying to install by right-clicking onto "OnlineVideos0.23.0.0.mpe1" -> 
open -> designate "MPInstaller.exe" as default / or just open with it

When entering details screen the focus is not set. It would be nice if the
first trailer in the facade id 51 was selected.. If there is no trailers
(rare cases but possible), back facade item (..) should be selected..

One more from the forum, so it doesn't get lost :)

When video doesn't have (couldn't download) thumb (image) it would be nice
to fill the facade with defaultVideo.png and facade big image with
defaultVideoBig.png (they exist in every skin).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open OnlineVideos
2. Filter the site list with some characters (i used 4-8 remote keys)
3. Browse through the site a bit - few down key presses, let's say that you
currently have 4th item focused (in my case it was iTunes Movie Trailers)
4. Open selected item (iTunes Movie Trailers)
5. Go back (press esc)
6. 4th item is focused but without filter it's the wrong one

I expect that correct item is focused. Not by number but by site. In my
case iTunes Movie Trailers should be focused but it isn't..

I get: failed to read RTMP packet header

Animation control is visible when Progress Dialog is shown, its only necessary 
to show the progress dialog in this case as you can see that something is 
happening.

I typically see this if I do a site update.

Instead: Sometimes "Unable to play video. No URL." error occurs.

The problem is probably in Gui2UtilConnector class, 
ExecuteInBackgroundAndCallback() method. The problem can be reproduced each 
time when you insert "Thread.Sleep(1000);" immediately bellow  
"backgroundThread.Start();".

Reason: When you start background thread with "backgroundThread.Start();" and 
this thread ends before "if (timeout && 
!System.Diagnostics.Debugger.IsAttached) timeoutTimer.Start();" then 
timeoutTimer is stopped before it was started. If before playing video is 
executed any action through ExecuteInBackgroundAndCallback() method and this 
happens then timeoutTimer is running!

Resolution: I recommend to place "backgroundThread.Start();" immediately bellow 
"if (timeout && !System.Diagnostics.Debugger.IsAttached) timeoutTimer.Start();" 
and place "timeoutTimer.Stop();" into catch section.

Would be nice if trailer title could be in this format: 

MovieTitle - TrailerTitle (Quality). 

MovieTitle is known from facade 50, TrailerTitle is from facade 51, and
quality is from the dialog before playback.

1. TV4 inside Viasat does not work anymore - returns no result

This issue I reported on forums, and am just pasting it here so it doesn't
get lost :)

In miro, when you open category (let's say "Animals"), there are
subcategories listed and some items in the facade have default folder
image, some have downloaded image and they should all have downloaded image
(when you open subcategory and go back all facade icons are ok). Looks like
downloader is downloading the images but they aren't updated on the facade.

I have noticed the thumbnail problem as well (on Youtube), but seems the
Texturemanager is doing a cleanup in the middle somewhere ... and I don't
know why. Maybe some MediaPortal code guru can tell me how it is supposed
to work :)

1. Expose trailer date to skin
MyTrailers is exposing the trailer date to skin so users can quickly see if 
they watched it or not and also, what is the newest trailer added (when 
catching up from "Just Updated" view). I added this possibility for 
OnlineVideos. Trailer date is exposed in details screen to skin as Label2 in 
the list (skin can choose to hide that if needed) and also as a new property 
(#OnlineVideos.Details.Selected.Date).


2. Select first trailer in details
This one is very basic. When entering the details view, if there are any 
trailers added to the list, first one is selected. In current version, ".." 
item is selected.

for skins to open a plugin with a parameter string. OnlineVideos could then be 
opened in a specific configuration (e.g. Site, Category,...).

How would you expect it to work? Can you illustrate it with examples such
as images or scenarios?

The user would be able (e.g. via skin editor) to define multiple Items on the 
Basic Home linking to mptvseries, each opening the plugin with a different 
parameter. For example there could be an icon for "Youtube", one for "Revision 
3" and one for "Apple Trailers -> Just Added".

The web page is encoding in utf-8 but the http response doesn't return charset. 
 In order to decode properly, forceUTF8encoding has to be set to true.  
However, GenericSiteUtil::DiscoverDynamicCategories() doesn't pass the 
forceUTF8Encoding when calling GetWebData().

I was able to fix the problem by modifying the code.  In 
GenericSiteUtil::DiscoverDynamicCategories() [line 117],

replaced with the following fixed the issue:

string data = GetWebData(baseUrl, GetCookie(), null, null, 
forceUTF8Encoding);
