Because a timeline features two new "seed" functions outside getNext:

• rewind
• redo

Both of them need to be taken into consideration when triggering subscribers and probably for updating the actions log (to reflect that the final timeline went through a succession of actions that came back and forth).

• redo on a timeline doesn't really work, it doesn't spread the necessary extra props from the other higher order snapshots
