Fetch images automatically from a specified URL and extract with atool.

The tool should be able to add an additional partition to the end of the image and configure Raspbian to mount this on boot.

Currently various EDWARDOtme projects use a FAT32 partition mounted at /data as a place to store config files and assets. This allows an SD card to be written on a macOS or Windows machine and for files to be immediately dropped onto the SD card before first booting it.

Occasionally Travis CI fails with the following error:

SUCCESSFULLY ADDED PARTITION AND UNMOUNTED IMG
mount: /dev/loop0p2 is not a valid block device

Data partition is owned by root with permission 775.

The MOUNT environment variable is used to mount a directory in the Raspbian environment, however this only works if the given directory is one layer deep, and it must be an absolute path.

If customise.sh or any sub script it uses fails the process stops there and any loop devices in use will not be freed.

The names of scripts is currently a bit confusing.

The build.sh script should really be customise.sh as it's the main script used inside the Docker container to customise a Raspbian .img.

The build-docker.sh script could then be renamed to just build.sh or build-test-push.sh.
