SSD_pytorch1.7
本项目基本从原版来的，但是修改了一些以适配pytorch1.7，cuda10.2。
加了注释。
特别是test测试看效果的时候，各种报错。修改了代码。
可以显示图片看效果。
其他的看原仓库即可。
