我们是JDOS(Jingdong Datacenter Operating System)团队，自2013年于南京组建，现隶属于京东商城研发的集群技术部。
目前，我们团队有近30人，于南京·江宁进行研发办公，自2014年负责京东的私有云研发，经历了2014年双十一的初尝试、2015年发展及2016年的大规模落地，目前运营有150K+的容器集群。
我们目前的私有云技术是基于openstack进行容器集群管理，现在积极尝试使用更为轻量的kubernetes进行替换。
在这里，我们分享我们实践过程中的一些知识、经验甚至是教训，希望能够给业界的其他同学们一点帮助。同时，我们也欢迎业界同学们不吝赐教，同我们进行交流。
