Making an issue so we have a log.

Right now, the VNs and other sensitive data is being sent to unknown places without verification. We need to do one of two things:

1. Encrypt the data being sent- This will allow only the correct server to decrypt with their public key.
2. Set up Root CA checking so we can trust the host we are sending too.

IDs need to be unique, but the CTF currently only makes references with the VN (i.e. has the VN already been used).

We need to kick back an error if the ID is already in use so that they are unique.
