Malformed SRView URLS when RRTs or RRQs are included

SR View URLs are malformed when rrt and / or rrq parameters are included.

Show route type (Interstate, State Route, etc.) in route select box

This would require a change to the ELC REST SOE service to provide this information.

IE 11: Access is denied error

While running the demo in IE and submitting either of the forms, to the user it appears that nothing happened. However the following error is written to the console.

Note that this issue doesn't appear when running from localhost via Visual Studio & IIS Express.

ArmCalc return code 299 shouldn't return a location

When requesting Route 538 SRMP 3.66, (a milepost that no longer exists after a roundabout was constructed), the ArmCalc return code is 299: Requested SRMP has been closed. The geometry returned is for ARM 0 (SRMP 3.66), but there really shouldn't be geometry returned at all.

elc-ui can't select lines in IE 11

If the user selects the lines radio button, their selection is ignored and points are selected.

Swap text from dropdown labels and tooltip text.

Route ID should be displayed in the options' text, while the description should be in the tooltip the user sees when hovering over an option in the list.

Add handling for case where route doesn't exist on LRS but does in ArmCalc

Attempting to find a location on 003TBSLVRDL will cause such an error.

Unit test doesn't work in Firefox

Detects the map service as not supporting CORS, which is incorrect. Request for data from the map service then fails.

Send requests via GET instead of POST if URLs are not "too long".
