Can't get over email

Hi this is little excert from cli where I get stuck:

and this is my second time with misc/rebuild after misc/start_over

I get error 500 from nginx here

setup problem

during wwwhisper setup, I got this error from open-shift server: No such file `pcre-8.34.tar.bz2'.
