lolcat is supported by brew now

and the ruby version may be out of date. Switch lolcat to brew install from ruby?

iTerm2 git integration throws errors when iTerm2 Shell Integration is installed

After having installed iTerm2 shell integration, opening a new iTerm2 window results in:

-bash: PROMPT_COMMAND: line 4: syntax error near unexpected token `;'
-bash: PROMPT_COMMAND: line 4: `;setGitPrompt;set_prompt_vars'

Turning on debugging shows:

PROMPT_COMMAND: setLastCommandState;
__bp_trap_string="$(trap -p DEBUG)"
trap DEBUG
__bp_install
;setGitPrompt;set_prompt_vars-bash: PROMPT_COMMAND: line 4: syntax error near unexpected token `;'
-bash: PROMPT_COMMAND: line 4: `;setGitPrompt;set_prompt_vars'

Uninstalling shell integration for iTerm2 resolves this issue.
