commands that source other commands should return the child process exit codes

Why does the remove-composer-require-dev command exist?

I am curious as to what necessitated this command when composer can be run with the --no-dev argument.

Should we implement exit codes?

Commands can fail, and therefore we should implement return codes so that the API can know whether the command succeeded or not.

Add args for commands

For example:

box import_db filename

would be much easier to implement with the API (and allow for future extensibility) if it looked like this:

box import_db --importfile filename

Can we make that happen?

set-cli-processvm should verify executable exists

set-webprocess-vm

This command does not need to restart fpm and should do an nginx reload, not restart.

box set-cli-processvm-php7.0 does not work

Create Page Builder Showcase

This will be a WPLib Box Installable Package using the "In the box" CLI.

It will follow the to-be-developed "Installable Packages" standard for WPLIb Box.

The goal of this take is to discover what it takes to make a workable Showcase of many different plugins of a similar type and also to ensure it installs in a WPLib Box w/o potential for error and will be easy to maintain.

set-web-processvm should verify process exists

The API/end user can pass in anything to specify the process, therefore the command should verify that said process exists before changing configuration files.
