The shift of the button to indicate mouse-down prevents registering the mouseup, missing the "click"

Nice to have a bunch of ready buttons and fields that can be hooked up to trigger test signals, interventions, etc.

The teensy digital pins can only drive 4mA, probably not enough to drive the indicator+optocoupler+resistor on the solenoid driver board. Add some buffers on the output.

When playing sounds with portaudio/sounddevice, we experience constant buffer underruns, causing crackling sound.

Maybe using buffer-fill callback might help, or increasing latency?

Lines and indicators should be added in reverse order to in the end match the order of the physical pins/order in the pin definition arrays of the teensy.
