Add year picker to birthday selection

Currently you need to scroll back through each year one by one when selecting your birthday

The account confirmation email right now is ugly and sparse. We should see what additional text should be included, and style it to match with our signup form.

We could still integrate Mailchimp by automatically adding users to lists when the sign up. If there is an admin page, we could allow them to provide Mailchip list IDs for each category, and automatically add the user to the mailing list for each on account confirmation.

As a dev, I would like to create a UI for the user to navigate for membership

If we provide an account log in to edit account details, we should also add a password reset feature. This should mark the account as pending a reset in the DB, and send an email to the user with a unique URL that allows them to reset their password to something new.

Admin section

We still need to explore this a bit more. We should have an admin section that provides the additional information that we mocked up in our demo. This means we need to find a way to configure account privilege too. Who gets to be an admin? Where do the admin accounts sign up? Would it be easiest to just hardcode it?
