Some URLs have changed and aren't updated in the targetopia Website

Problem

Some URLs have not been updated, since the move to ropensci repos.

I will try to list all the URLs that are pointing to the wrong endpoint.

E.g.: https://wlandau.github.io/targets-manual/hpc.html in

adding `geotargets`

Would you mind if I made a PR to add geotargets to the list of packages in "targetopia" once it has a pkgdown website? I'm not sure what it takes to "officially" be part of targetopia, but I see there are other WIP projects listed.
