After uploading a bank operations file total wealth is not calculated (on overview page). After restarting an app everything is correctly calculated

Iterating thru the pandas rows are not efficient. Needs to find out the way to do it better.

Each bank account should be added first to a config and then be used in import.

Store values:

• account number (id)
• name
• checking / savings
• alias ?
• bank name
• bank website url

Changes to be made:

• store bank details in config
• load bank details from config
• use bank details from config during import
• ui - select only banks from config, print bank details somewhere

Pipenv is not maintained. Requires to change GitHub Actions definition, enables Snyk security scanning
